Miller Named Senior Vice President at CareSource

DAYTON, Ohio — CareSource, one of the nation’s largest nonprofit Medicaid managed care plans, has named former U.S. Rep. Jeff Miller senior vice president for government affairs.

Miller had advised the company on veterans’ health care issues since leaving Congress, first at McDermott Will & Emery and then at Mercury Public Affairs.

As chairman of the House Veterans’ Affairs Committee from 2011 to 2017, Miller shepherded a series of bipartisan veterans bills into law, including the landmark 2016 veterans health care and benefits package bearing his name.
