Miller to Lead Ballard Partners’ Veterans Practice Group

WASHINGTON — Ballard Partners announced today the establishment of a Veterans Practice Group, to be led by former U.S. Rep. Jeff Miller.

The practice will focus on veterans’ health care, housing, mental health and suicide prevention. Joining Miller in the group are Dan McFaul, Courtney Coppola, Dane Eagle, Tola Thompson and Joe Buscaino.

Miller chaired the House Veterans’ Affairs Committee from 2011 to 2017; his 2016 omnibus veterans law — the Jeff Miller and Richard Blumenthal Veterans Health Care and Benefits Improvement Act — remains a cornerstone of federal veterans policy, cited again in Senate testimony this year during implementation of the PACT Act.
